Deepak Batheja is a Senior Operating Partner on the Portfolio Solutions team.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, he served as Chief Information Officer and Technology Operating Partner at Water Street Healthcare Partners, where he led value creation across portfolio companies through cloud, data, and AI-driven strategies. He brings more than three decades of experience driving technology-enabled value creation, including the past two decades focused on private equity portfolio companies. His expertise spans digital transformation, M&A integrations, carve-outs, de novo builds, growth acceleration, and modernization initiatives across the healthcare, technology, and services sectors.
He holds a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Bombay University, an M.S. in Distributed Computing from Rutgers University, and completed the General Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
